I've used this a few times now and while it's thinner than my usual brand it's actually easier (more flexible) to work with. Raising my review from 3 to 4 stars.
My usual brand was not available and I needed cake collars ASAP so I ordered this brand. It's very thin & flimsy. The other brand I get is much sturdier. This was good since I was in a bind but wouldn't order again.
